We do this through physical exercises, cognition testing and personal training routines aimed at increasing brain function, mobility, and core strength.

Fit Body Fit Brain Foundation, Inc. offers a few different programs, including Rock Steady Boxing (non-contact boxing for people with Parkinson’s Disease), Martial Fitness for I.D.D (Intellectually Developmentally Disabled), and mentoring programs.

In the very near future, there will be FREE online assessments and exercise programs to help all types of individuals with neuro-degenerative diseases of all types!

Fit Body Fit Brain Foundation, Inc. is looking to expand into markets across the entire globe! We are currently creating a training schedule for anyone that is willing to teach IDD students. EVERYTHING will be provided for you (assessments, teaching curriculum. training guidance, etc.)

In addition to this, we are working on taking the information we are learning with our Parkinson’s boxers and educating the entire Parkinson’s Universe. Our goal would be to do this completely FREE of charge to any users!
